The charming White on White backdrop was created with the Perfect polka Dots Textured Impressions Folder, the scallop Trim Corner Punch and the Scallop Trim Border Punch, which was a gift with Sale-a-bration. Try adding Stampin' Dimensionals to really make the backdrop pop. With three hundred in a package I use dimensionals on everything. They give lift and secure firmly.
