Nailed It Birthday Card

Nailed It Stampin' Up!

Hello Friends,

Making masculine cards is easy peasy with the Nailed It stamp set.  This one is for my son, Jonathan.  He's become quite the home improvement guy, so the tools were a natural choice for making his Birthday Card.  I so glad to add the Nailed It stamp set and the Build It Framelits to my arsenal of tools for making cards for the guys.

About Those Paper Scraps

Let your paper scraps be a happy accident.  I needed a finish to my Birthday Card and that's when  I spotted these two Night of Navy Card Stock scraps just waiting to be scooped up and put to use.  And the bonus...I was able to tuck my Teeny Tiny Wishes "Happy Birthday" neatly in the corner.

Coloring Tips

I stamped my tools with Mint Macaron and Night of Navy Ink. But here's the fun part, before the ink dried on each tool, I moved a bit of  the ink around with a blender pen.  Then, I went back with my blender pen and the other color and filled in where I wanted more color.

Gorgeous Grunge to the Rescue Again

Like the fun stamped background?  It's stamps from the Gorgeous Grunge and Nailed it stamp set.   The little screws and washers make cute accents.

Balloon Adventures

Love the full of Adventures stamp from the Balloon Adventures stamp set.  Today, it looks fabulous embossed in white on Night of Navy.
