Here's a home oranization idea that easy to implement. Organize your kitchen with a simple, easy to make Recipe Bulletin Board.  Keep your recipes up off the counter and away from splatters.  This idea also works for grocery lists.  I first saw this idea on Pinterest and knew that I would have to give it a try.

Making simple, but pretty recipe cards is so easy with my digital studio.

 

• Using a blank landscape page to design 4 recipe cards.
• Insert 4 square punches and shape into rectangles.
• Then fill With Domestic Goddess Designer Paper
• Type Recipe in Text Box
• Add accents with the Now You're Cookin Stamp Brush Set

• Stamp Yum stamp from the Friendship Preserves stamp set twice.  One with Summer Starfruit ink and once with Midnight Muse ink.  
• Cut both with Windows Framelits.  
• Trim Midnight Muse Yum and pop-up with Stampin' Dimensionals.
• Country Girl/Country Boy is punched with the Scallop Oval Punch
• Pierce using the Essentials Paper-Piercing Pack

Stamping on Cookies

Happy April Fools Day,

Welcome to my kitchen.  I wasn't fooling about stamping on cookies.  Let us show you how to use the Sweet Pressed Cookie Stamps. Baking with children is so much fun. Stampin' Up! Cookie Stamp's rounded handle fits comfortably in even the smallest hands.

And stamping on cookies is fun for the whole family, just ask Connor.  

On a side note, I would normally stamp peanut butter cookies after baking.  But with a small helper, it's just so much fun stamp before entering the oven.

Robin's Recipe Corner

For today's demonstration we used Peanut Butter Cookies.

Peanut Butter Cookies

• 1/2 C Butter
• 1/2 C Peanut Butter
• 1 C Brown Sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1-1/4 C Flour
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt

Thoroughly cream butter, peanut butter, sugar, egg, soda, salt and vanilla.  Fold flour into creamed mixture.  Scoop into 1" balls.  Place onto cookie sheet.  Rub Cookie stamp in sugar and press top of cookie.  Bake 350 degrees for 8 minutes.  Cool slightly and remove from pan.
