Robin's Recipe Corner
For today's demonstration we used Peanut Butter Cookies.
Peanut Butter Cookies
1/2 C Butter
1/2 C Peanut Butter
1 C Brown Sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1-1/4 C Flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Thoroughly cream butter, peanut butter, sugar, egg, soda, salt and vanilla. Fold flour into creamed mixture. Scoop into 1" balls. Place onto cookie sheet. Rub Cookie stamp in sugar and press top of cookie. Bake 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool slightly and remove from pan.
