It's becoming a tradition for me to make luggage or Stampin' Up! Convention bag tags for my convention team members. This year's tags sport pretty Marina Mist Polka dots and Daffodil Delight Chevron Fabric.
Robin's Luggage Tag Tips
- Press adhesive sheet (122194) to the back of 8-1/2" x 11" piece of Essentials Designer Fabric (126892). Type Tag information: Name, Address and phone number. Place fabric in printer and print. The Fabric adhesive gives your fabric just the right firmness to print in your home printer.
- Trim to desired size. Be sure leave room for seam allowances.
- Press and sew handle (2" x 12" strip of designer fabric).
Place Fabric right sides together and insert handle as shown. Stitch around edges 1/4". Be sure to leave opening. Trim closely next to stitching and round corners.
Turn right side out. Press and hand stitch opening. Stitch 1/4" from edge all around tag. If desired stitch another decorative row inside first stitching.
Imagine my surprise when we were presented our Stampin' Up! Convention Bags. Our tags were a perfect match. Shazam!
Join my team now through July 31 and receive an IPhone Case from me as a welcome.
