Sliding Barn Door Sneak Peek

Sliding Barn Door Stampin' Up!

Hello Friends,

One of the happy perks of being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator is preordering privileges.  My goods arrived this afternoon.  So here's your Sneak Peek of the Barn Door Bundle.  Barn Doors are so trendy and now you can incorporate the Sliding Barn Door Look and feel to your cards.

Did I mention that the Door slides to make a really fun interactive card.  I needed both an Anniversary and a birthday card this month, so I used some sentiments from the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set.

The colors are from this week's Splitcoast Stamper Color Challenge.  They are Garden Green, Cherry Cobbler and Silver.  Find out more about this week's challenge here.  Be sure to stop back later in the week for a video tutorial using the Barn Door Bundle.

Night in Bethlehem Sneak Peek

Night in Bethlehem Stampin' Up!

Hello Friends,

Tomorrow's the big day.  The 2017 Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog goes live tomorrow.  While we are waiting, I have a quick and easy card to make with the Night in Bethlehem Bundle done in Black and Gold.  It's a beautiful bundle for the upcoming Christmas season.  I'll have some other cards using the Night in Bethlehem Bundle to share  with you in the upcoming weeks.

Night in Bethlehem Stampin' Up!

But for today, I simply stamped Bethlehem and Mary and Joseph using Basic Black Ink.  I then cut out Mary and Joseph with the Bethlehem Edgelit Dies and popped them up with dimensionals.  The star was cut from Gold Foil paper and the Bethlehem Dies.  And my greeting was heat embossed in gold.  Then, I trimmed the bottom with the gorgeous Year of Cheer Specialty Washi Tape.  Done!  It's a  simple Christmas card to make with plenty of bling.
