Colorful Seasons Card Tips

I could almost feel the water washing over my feet as I splashed a little Tranquil Tide Ink across my Watercolor paper.  Tranquil Tide is a beautiful new In Color that's a cross between green and blue.  To add the appropriate amount of sparkle and shine, I then washed my Wink of Stella Brush across my Tranquil Tide.

To make a cool refreshing glass of Lemonade with a coral straw, I inked my stamp with my So Saffron and Calypso Coral Markers.

Relax and enjoy your weekend,

Let me introduce you to the Daisy Delight Bundle.  The bundle includes 16 photopolymer stamps and the Daisy Punch.  My Sneak Peek is a simple Thank You Card, but there's so much more that you can do with the Daisy Delight Bundle.  If you have your new catalog handy, turn to page 126 and 127.  Just look at all the possibilities...Daisies in a vase, Daisy Napkin holders, gift boxes and bags and cards.  That's so much cuteness!

Color Throwdown

Love the Color Throwdown's  delightful Color combo of Aqua, Lime green, yellow and white.  I chose to use Tempting Turquoise, Lemon Lime Twist, Daffodil Delight and Whisper White.

Freshly Made SketchesI have a confession to make.  I cheated on the sketch just a little on the card sketch.  There's an oopsie under that cute daisy.  Thanks so much to Freshly Made Sketches for today's card sketch.

Have a fabulous day,

2017-2019 In Color Comparisons

Powder Pink

Hello Friends,

Are you ready for our annual In Color Comparisons?  The 2017-2019 Stampin' Up In Colors are Powder Pink, Berry Burst, Fresh Fig, Tranquil Tide and Lemon Lime Twist.  Let's start with the ladies.

Powder Pink is the square in the middle.  It's a soft peachy pink.  To the left is the soft and clear Pink Pirouette and to the right is the dusky Blushing Bride.

Berry Burst

Berry Burst, is it pink or is it purple?  You decide.  In the center is the new Berry Burst In Color.    I found this recipe for Berry Burst Sorbet Here.  It really does look remarkably like our Berry Burst.  To left is Melon Mambo a bright, youthful pink and to the right is Rich Razzleberry, a jazzy purple.

Berry Burst Sorbet

Fresh Fig

Fresh Fig is definitely a dusky purple with a touch of red.   To the left I compared it to Elegant Eggplant and to the right I compared it to Perfect Plum.

Tranquil Tide

Tranquil Tide leans towards green or does it?  Pair it with blues and it looks almost blue.  To the left is Emerald Envy and to the right is Island Indigo.

Lemon Lime Twist

Lemon Lime Twist is unlike any other color that we had before.  It's unique and fresh and fun!  On the green side I compared Lemon Lime Twist with our old favorite, Old Olive.  And on the yellow side, I compared it with Daffodil Delight.  But there really is no adequate comparison.  Lemon Lime Twist oozes with energy, hence the quirky little animals snipped from the Pick a Pattern Paper.

Fresh Florals

Did you notice the Fresh Florals Designer Series paper on each card?  It's 40 lovely sheets of In Color Designer Series Paper featuring Berry Burst, Fresh Fig, Lemon Lime Twist, Powder Pink and Tranquil Tide.
