The weather is starting to turn here in Ohio and the night air is filled with the late summer sounds of crickets. My thoughts are turning to autumn with its brilliant bursts of color. It's also a great excuse to pull out two beautiful autumn stamp sets from the Holiday Catalog. The vibrant sunflowers are stamps from the 2-Step stamp set called Painted Harvest. The leaves are also from the Painted Harvest stamp set. There is also a coordinating Leaf Punch that can be bundled with the Painted Harvest Stamp Set. The count my blessings verse is from another gorgeous autumn stamp set called Count My Blessings.
Color inspiration for today's card came from the Splitcoast Stampers Color Challenge. Tangerine Tango, Soft Sky, Tranquil Tide and Very Vanilla. I threw in Chocolate Chip as an extra neutral for my flower centers. I will be participating in the Splitcoast Color Challenge every Tuesday from now until the March 2018. And I am delighted to say that I will be joining the Splitcoast Color Challenge Team for 6 months starting in October. I hope that you will join me on this colorful adventure. Go ahead, Give it a try. What would you make with these fabulous colors? Find out more about this week's Color Challenge Here.
I sponge Soft Sky Ink across my card front to look like a lovely autumn sky. I also made a Soft Sky Stitched frame with the Stitched Shapes Layered Dies.
