Because every two year old or soon to be two year loves Elmo and Spinner Cards are just plain fun!
Our precious granddaughter, Brooke, will soon turn 2, so I naturally wanted to make her a birthday card that she would thoroughly enjoy.
Elmo spins quite well, making it difficult to capture a picture without him spinning around and around. Elmo was made using the Layering Circles Dies. Hint: His mouth is a circle cut in half. His Eyes and Nose were punched with the 1/2" Circle Punch and the Owl Builder Punch.

Learn how to make Spinner or Slider Cards with the How to Video from the Stampin' Up! home office. Kids ages 2-99 will love the interactive Spinner Card. Bet you'll want to spin it more than once.
Hint: Foam Adhesive Strips are the perfect height for making Spinner Cards.
I personalized Brooke's Card even further with the Large Number dies. And the frame from the Spinner cut-out adds punch to my card inside too. Who do you know that would be delighted to receive a handmade Spinner Card?
